Please include your order number and your purchase channel.<br \/>\nWe have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.<br \/>\nAny unopened and unused products may be returned for any reason within thirty days. The products must be in new condition with original, resalable packaging. For health reasons, any opened products are not returnable. Similarly, any products where the labeling or packaging has been torn in such a way that the products are not resalable are also not returnable. Upon arrival of the returned products, a refund will be issued for the cost of the products, but not including any return shipping charges.<br \/>\nYou can always contact us for any return question at contact@vianaturaorganics.com.<br \/>\nCancel Order<br \/>\nIf you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed but before it has shipped, you will be refunded the entire amount of the order. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you may refuse delivery of the package so that it bounces back to us at no charge to you. Once received, we will issue a refund for the full amount paid, minus the actual shipping costs.<br \/>\nDamages and issues<br \/>\nPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.<br \/>\nExchanges<br \/>\nThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.<br \/>\nRefunds<br \/>\nWe will notify you once we\u2019ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
